| AFG Venture Group has become a member of a new global organisation that links corporate advisory and M&A firms from around the world. The Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) offers global independent and innovative advice from M&A boutiques that are committed to mid-market transactions ($US 5-500m). The alliance amplifies the depth of knowledge and expertise of all the individual members to benefit our clients.  The organisation website is located at: www.aoica.org The Alliance features members from two dozen countries including: India, China, US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Egypt, Italy, Romania, France, Germany, and is quickly adding new member firms. Peter Church is the inaugural chairman of the organisation, and AFG Venture Group has been very involved its establishment and initial growth. |
