| The Asia Business Connection (www.wsbc.org.au/abc_index.asp) recently conducted a seminar on Avoiding the Pitfalls of Doing Business in Asia which was presented by AFG Venture Group (www.afgventuregroup.com) director, Glen Robinson. The paper addresses a number of the issues that business people need to be aware of when establishing commercial linkages throughout the Asian region. The seminar focused on issues relating to entry strategies - which could include investment, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and establishing joint ventures.
