Capital management, balance sheet reviews and development of strategic responses

This involves reviewing the company balance sheet, related use of funds, determining strategies and making recommendations for improvements. Balance sheet reorganisation. This service includes restructuring of capital, reorganization/refinancing of debt, appraisal of underperforming assets and divestment of non-core assets. We can also negotiate with banks, investors and counterparties on behalf of the company to improve the overall strength of the balance sheet.

Cash flow optimisation

These services include determining where cash can be generated at a faster rate, suggestions for improving the business model, identifying efficiency improvements to free cash - including reviewing cash management practices, supplier trading and payment terms. Where foreign currency transactions and exposure exists, recommendations can be made to most effectively manage these exposures.

Fund Raising

These services include capital raising (debt, equity and mezzanine), corporate transactions and strategic partnering.

Independent negotiation and review of structure and terms
