Whilst a financial or institutional investor may prove the ideal capital provider for some companies, for others a trade, or active investor, is more appropriate.

Structured Finance

AFG Venture Group has wide cross border experience gained over many years in structuring merger and acquisition and other deals for clients within Australasia and also to and from the Australasian region. This experience includes finance, profit repatriation, supply chain set up and management and licensing arrangements.

Services include the facilitation of tax, legal, management and corporate governance in respect of cross border structures especially joint ventures as well as innovative structuring.

Our aim is to establish the most appropriate and flexible structure at the start of a project or venture as varying such structures later can be difficult from a relationship and legal point of view and can also be expensive.
